Surge Point Productions is an audio, video and wireless equipment rental and live event production company based in Raleigh, North Carolina. We started in 2023 with a simple goal: give productions dependable gear and people who know how to run it. Today we support events, broadcasts and shows across the country.
Surge Point is run by its two full-time members, Andrew Taylor and Morgann Russell. When you get in touch, you reach one of us. We spec your package, prep and test every piece of gear, and stay with you through the show. On larger productions we bring in trusted freelance crew, but the planning and accountability stay with us.
Our home base is Raleigh, NC, and we serve the Triangle and the rest of North Carolina. We also travel. If your show is across the state or across the country, we can ship gear or bring a crew to you.
We don't keep set office hours. Live production doesn't run on a 9-to-5 schedule, so we work early calls, late nights and weekends whenever your show needs us.
