The Sennheiser e 614 is a Super-cardioid electret condenser microphone designed for instruments that require an extended frequency response like woodwinds and strings. The frequency response is nearly flat and reaches form 40 – 20,00 Hz. The high SPL capacity and compact size also makes this a great microphone for drum kit overheads and other percussion instruments.
